The JCC fitness staff is eager to help you find the fitness program that works best for you. We know there might be a tough week or two when enthusiasm wanes and life gets in the way of your resolve. We've got that covered too with group fitness classes — intense to low-impact, early morning to evening, and everything in between. The JCC also has a talented group of personal trainers. There's yoga, pool workouts, indoor cycling, boot camp, and so much more!

Whether you enjoy a solitary workout with your headphones cranked up, an hour on the treadmill watching an HD TV, sweating alongside your friends in a group fitness class, or the intensity of a Garage Gym workout, the JCC has something for you.

New to the JCC?

Newcomers to the JCC can sometimes be surprised to find such an extensive health and fitness facility. For our regulars, they know it's a hidden gem filled with top-notch professional instructors, challenging classes, gleaming facilities, and options for just about every interest.

It's also a place to feel comfortable, where you can find a connection with instructors & classmates alike. We eschew the typical gym mentality, where the facilities may be cavernous & instructors have little patience for the novice. Everyone is welcome at the JCC — from the elite athlete to someone simply looking for a way to shed a few pounds. And we're here to help, encourage, and motivate.
