Group Fitness

The JCC offers Group Fitness classes for nearly every interest & ability level – Boot Camp, Pilates, WERQ, Indoor Ride, TRX, Les MillsTM, Reps, Yoga & more.

We also realize entering a facility or class can be intimidating. Relatively simple things like adjusting a bike or using an unfamiliar weight machine can seem completely alien to a first-timer. Never hesitate to ask. Our instructors, and often other members, are gladly willing to help or answer any questions you may have.

You will also quickly find our Group Fitness classes are great motivators, an easier path to achieving your fitness goals & many times they add a social aspect to workouts that is often missing during those solitary gym sessions.
