Healthy Body Challenge

 Be a healthier you! Join our Healthy Body Challenge to get ready for summer adventures. 

Registration Includes:

An initial assessment, 2 workouts / week with a personal trainer, an online menu, meal prep guide, shopping support, and a final assessment to measure your progress. Nutrition support provided by Marysa Cardwell, registered dietitian and personal trainer. Challenge runs from May 4 - June 12!

Personal Trainers:

Marysa - Monday and Wednesday, 12 PM

Jordan - Monday and Wednesday, 7 AM

Savy - Tuesday and Thursday, 4:15 PM
