Virtual Group Fitness at the JCC is with Les Mills, the world-renowned expert in creating safe, science-based, progressive group fitness formats and instructors, has spent over a decade mastering the Virtual setting for health clubs to offer on-site. With their mission to “Create a Fitter Planet” and commitment to “Bring the best music, moves, and instructors together to create life-changing fitness shaped by science”, we surely endorse that and more here at the J.

Our first commitment to a Group Fitness class is with a live instructor. Alongside nearly 40-live classes with the best instructors in town, we are thrilled to infill time and offerings around these classes with a new on-site Virtual Program.
