Peak J Ride

The JCC is thrilled to announce our new 2022-23 Indoor Winter Cycling Program in collaboration with  Peak State Fit Performance Center, Heather, and Pat Casey.

What to look forward to for this upcoming season:

  • 20 weeks of progressive, periodized training
  • 16 cycling hours per week, 13 available timeslots, including early mornings, lunchtime, evenings, and weekends
  • Personalized training zones based on power, optional heart rate, and perceived exertion
  • Training Peaks™ online access to workouts for flexibility and schedule planning
  • High-level coaches to guide technique, increase motivation and inspire community
