The JCC is thrilled to announce our new 2022-23 Indoor Winter Cycling Program! Whatever your level of fitness or experience, train for events or maintain fitness during the winter months! Peak J Ride is a 20-week program from November 28, 2022 through April 23, 2023 with a break for the holidays (December 26 - 31).
What to look forward to for this upcoming season:
- Start date: November 28, 2022
- 20 weeks of progressive, periodized training
- 16 cycling hours per week, 13 available timeslots, including early mornings, lunchtime, evenings, and weekends
- Personalized training zones based on power, optional heart rate, and perceived exertion
- Training Peaks™ online access to workouts for flexibility and schedule planning
- High-level coaches to guide technique, increase motivation, and inspire community

Complimentary Blood Lactate Threshold test upon registration. This testing is key for designating your training zones and assessing your current fitness level; for participation in this program and beyond ($150 value)
