Pilates was developed by German Joseph Pilates in the 1900s with the goal of achieving a balance of strength & flexibility. We offer a number of Pilates courses in our exclusive Makom Pilates Studio with new Stott Pilates equipment. It's a calm, peaceful place where our talented and certified instructors will help you improve strength, flexibility, core power, and, most of all, achieve tangible results.
