Small Group Training

Effective, August 10, we will follow CDC guidance and return to the requirement that masks be worn throughout the JCC.

This includes the weight room and the gymnasium and indoor group fitness and Pilates classes where masks for vaccinated members have been optional.  They will continue to be optional outside including outdoor fitness classes.

What is Small Group Training?

Small Group Training is a personalized program with hands-on guidance to optimize your health and fitness at a more affordable rate than private sessions. These training sessions are based in a safe and functional environment focusing on biomechanics, balance, core, general strength, and muscle activation while retaining the beneficial effects of working one-on-one with a personal trainer. Ideal for the active older adult, injury prevention and rehab, pre/post-natal, and other unique fitness populations. This is a month-to-month program with eight sessions every month, two days a week. Minimum of three people per registration, maximum five people per registration.
