Small Group Training Studio

No frills, no nonsense. Just results. Our Small Group Training Studio is exactly what you might imagine: a simple, yet effective, workout facility. The equipment is as basic as the setting – kettle bells, tires, pull-up bars & coaching by a Crossfit-certified instructor. Classes combine plyometric, core, strength and flexibility movements used in military, police & fire fighting academies as well as martial arts training in bootcamp, TRX & tabata formats.

All fitness levels are welcome. You'll love and be motivated by our instructors, who will help you push through each milestone. The Small Group Training Studio is a great place to gain strength, increase flexibility & lose weight. During our busier seasons, we also offer Boot Camp 101 introductory course as well, if you're curious but a little nervous.

Small Group Training Team

A new session of Small Group Training Teams (formerly known as Shape Up) begins on December 5 and runs through January 27. We have several options of times and trainers to choose from that can help you reach your goals. Participants will receive two sessions a week with the same trainer for 8 weeks, at a fraction of the cost of personal training - the JCC's best Health & Fitness deal!

Kettlebell Class

Focus on the fundamentals with Allison Beatty (SFG LEVEL 1, CSCS, FMS certified) and learn the essential skills, techniques, and principles used to train with kettlebells! 

Kettlebell Class is Monday and Wednesday at 11 AM beginning December 5 in the SGT Studio. Register at the Front or Fitness Desks - fee is $100 for a monthly pass.
