Tension Management Workshop

This is a three-class workshop dedicated to holistically better manage and release tension in the body. The workshop includes journaling and discussion as well as using foam rolling, deep breathing, and stretching. Please bring a journal, pen, your own yoga mat, and a water bottle.

Calm Body/Calm Mind Yoga

Join us for the ultimate mind-body connection during a 60-minute, non-strenuous Yoga & Meditation experience taught by JCC member, long-time Yogi and Zen Buddhism meditation instructor, Pam Crowe-Weisberg. Pam is certified in Bikram yoga and mindfulness-based stress reduction (MBSR). Achieve total relaxation through meditation, breathing techniques, and body awareness. Class is suitable for all ability levels.
