Registration

Registration is “in-person” and you can either choose to pay in full or arrange a payment plan. Part-time (M,W,F) availability may be limited. You will need to provide checking account or credit card information for automatic payments to guarantee placement. Our ECC Administrative Team carefully determines classroom placements with consideration given to child development, continuity of relationships, and group dynamics. We do not accept placement requests for teachers or friends although families are welcome to contact our team at to share feedback and concerns.

Bring the following with you on registration day:

  • Completed pdfRegistration Form (both sides)
  • ECC Family Policies and Procedures agreement form
  • A copy of your child’s birth certificate
  • Payment method for registration fee, supply fee, and deposit for May 2019 tuition

Enrollment Contract

At the time of registration, you will receive an ECC school year enrollment contract that is specific to the options you select on the registration form. Please note that if you withdraw your child from the ECC for any reason, at any time, you are responsible for paying tuition for subsequent months after your child no longer attends our center. The deposit for May 2019 is non-refundable and non-transferable.

Process For Registration

1. APPLICATION & FEES - $65 registration fee + $70 supply fee and a copy of your child’s birth certificate, along with completed pdfRegistration Form and deposit for May 2019 tuition.

2. ACCEPTANCE - You are accepted once you have provided the registration and supply fees, May 2019 tuition, signed contract, copy of your child’s birth certificate, and any additional required forms.

3. FINAL ENROLLMENT - After review by our ECC Administrative Team, a signed enrollment contract, paid registration and supply fees, a deposit of May 2019 tuition, and birth certificate along with a current JCC Family Membership, are due to reserve placement.

4. ENROLLMENT CHANGE - Enrollment changes made after June 1, 2018 will be assessed a onetime change fee of $150 for any change reducing the time spent in programs (e.g. reducing extended care or the number of days attending school). Such a move will not be effective until the beginning of the month after you provide notice of the requested change. The JCC will charge $25 for any other enrollment changes during the year from initial registration. ANY changes to your original enrollment will require the completion of a Change Request Form obtained through the ECC Front Desk.

5. FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE APPLICATIONS - Due by Fri, April 27, 2018

JCC Membership

We require a JCC Family Membership for all families enrolled in the Early Childhood Center. Aside from the preschool, the JCC offers a first-class fitness facility that includes two swimming pools, a weight room, and over 50 group fitness classes per week; summer camps, after school, and community programs—all of which will be available to you as a member.
