COVID-19 Notice: Masks are required for everyone when entering the building and in common areas including all rooms used by the Youth and Teen department.  As of July 1, masks are optional in the weight room, the gymnasium, group fitness, and Pilates classes for people who have been vaccinated against COVID 19.  The staff of Youth and Teen and all enrolled children will continue to wear masks despite vaccination status.  Although we no longer have a daily questionnaire about COVID symptoms or exposure to COVID, we ask you to please not send your child if they are sick or have been recently exposed to COVID.

Think back to your youth - there was probably a place or time that immediately evokes great memories and likely still puts a smile on your face. A place where you made friends, and probably without realizing it, learned some of life's most valuable lessons. For the kids and young adults in our youth programs, the JCC is that place.

For more than 30 years, the JCC has been home to "Bernie Camp" – a 10-week summer camp in memory of Bernie Solomon, beloved former Executive Director of the JCC who died much too young. Our AfterSchool program is a favorite among parents and kids. We pick kids up from several schools in the Salt Lake City area and bring them to the JCC for a fun and enriching afternoon.

We offer:

  • Summer Camps
  • After School Programs (with bus pickups at many Salt Lake City area schools)
  • A safe, fun, and enriching environment for kids of all ages and backgrounds
  • Plenty more . . .
